Edwina Boase
It takes energy, experience, a creative eye and a team of talented people to design beautiful interiors – but it takes one person to make it all come together. Edwina’s artistic direction and ability to oversee projects to the highest standards has resulted in exceptional interiors across various media platforms.
Edwina’s dedication and ability to work under pressure proved a valuable skill set in television; where she is renowned for her work with George Clarke, working on interior and architecture series for Channel 4. Further to her TV accomplishments she’s co-designed show homes for the Ideal Home Show, worked on magazine features and book publications (including ‘Kirstie’s Vintage Home’) and created interiors for private clients.
Edwina’s been working in the industry for over 16 years. Her creativity began long before studying fine art at Brighton University; it was there she developed her unique artistic talent.
The joy of the creative process is always in her heart, in the formative years of her career this lead her to work with Milliner Philip Treacy and help create costumes for Giffords Circus.
A creative vision is a given with Edwina, but the secret of her success is her ability to listen to her client, as well as pull together a fabulous team of photographers, set builders, architects, location companies, artists and suppliers. Edwina is a champion of new designers, little-known artists and other creatives so you can be assured of something unique.
Living in the seaside city of Brighton is an inspiration for Edwina. Eclectic shops with vintage and modern pieces are on her doorstep. A love of the outdoors and travel all add to her versatility, bringing colour, life and functionality to any interior, making Edwina one of the most exciting Interior Designer/stylists working today.
