How do I even begin to summarise just how much care, effort, and creative energy Edwina has poured into our home over the years?

We’ve worked with Edwina over a number of years, and she’s been there at every stage as our renovation has evolved—patient, enthusiastic, and endlessly dedicated. From the sunny ochre tiles in our ensuite, to the unique staircase carpentry and our colour drenched master suite, to a perfectly designed kitchen and carefully curated fabrics in every room—her input is woven into every corner of our home. Each space reflects her ability to create impact, warmth, and an uplifting style.

Edwina’s exceptional taste and eye for detail never fail to surprise and delight. She has a rare talent for sourcing pieces that go far beyond the brief—whether that’s vintage treasures, clever high street finds, or stunning pieces from independent makers around the world. Our rug came from a maker in India, lights from Ukraine (the list goes on) — each item telling a story, each one chosen with care. She is a champion of original art and always brings something meaningful to the table.

We both love colour, which made the process even more joyful. She embraced bold choices, thoughtful contrasts, and always brought fresh, unexpected ideas. Every round of concepts she shared never failed to make me smile—they were brimming with so many original ideas.

What makes Edwina truly special is that she retained the heart of the family home in everything she did. She understood what mattered most to us, and translated that into a space that is not only beautiful, but full of life.

I can’t thank Edwina enough, she has gone above and beyond for us time and again- always accommodating, generous with her time, cognizant of our budget and tirelessly committed to finding the right solution. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the journey we’ve been on together. Edwina has created something enduring and joyous, it’s a home we will enjoy for years to come—one I never get tired of waking up to.

Residential Bathroom Renovation in Brighton 

” Edwina has transformed what was once a very odd-looking and awkward bathroom into an absolute sanctuary. She worked with my modest budget to create a restful and stylish space that is wonderful to spend time in.

“  When I first approached Edwina, I had just finished a major renovation of my house and was struggling with furnishing it. I wasn’t fully sure that I wanted, or needed, an interior designer but, I was keenly aware that I needed help of some sort and had really liked her work on the George Clarke shows so rang her anyway.

I was immediately attracted to her open and flexible attitude towards the project, which she maintained throughout our journey together. As we share a love of art, design and colour, the journey became an increasingly collaborative one, something she embraced. I particularly valued this about her and the design process.

She is not a designer who imposes her own ideas upon the client, but rather listens to what the client wants and tries to shape their preferences into a stylish end product, while staying staunchly true to her own aesthetic. It is this flexibility that affords her work such variety.

No two rooms are the same and yet each is a product of carefully considered patterns, shapes, colour and texture. A lot of interior designers have a signature or formulaic style that gets old quickly. Not Edwina. Her strength lies in her ability to be diverse. She also has the ability to appreciate a good product regardless of where it originates, wether that be the high street, a high end design atelier, or something vintage.

She has a particular genius for fabrics and soft furnishings, and uses these to great effect in her work. Moreover, she works incessantly until such time as the end result feels uncompromisingly right.

She has helped turn my home into a place of beauty and for that I will always be grateful.  “
